Played 7 seasons with the SPHAS (1930-36), with championships in both the Eastern and American Basketball Leagues
Coached Temple's freshman team to a 181-32 record from (1931-51)
Served as Eddie Gottlieb's assistant coach with the Philadelphia Warriors (1950-51)
Head coach of Temple Men’s Basketball (1947-73) and compiled a 373-193 record
Directing Temple to 13 post-season tournaments with only one losing season in 21 seasons
Coach of the NIT Champion Temple Owls (1969)
Two-time NCAA Basketball Tournament Final Four (1956, 1958)
Inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame (1976)
