Blind athletes from Pennsylvania, Boston and Cleveland will compete in a Beep Ball softball tournament tomorrow in Haddonfield.
Beep Ball is a modified version of the game developed for blind or visually impaired players who use a beeping ball and bases.
The Second Annual Hall of Fame Beep Ball Classic will be held at the Crows Woods Recreation Center at East Atlantic Avenue and Upland Way beginning at 8:30 a.m. and is sponsored by the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame. There will be three games, each lasting about two hours.
The Pennsylvania Wolfpack, based in Upper Darby, will act as the host team to the Boston Renegades and the Cleveland Scrappers.
